Hi! I'm Ashley. And I've been there. I struggled with gut issues for YEARS, after a decade of antibiotics for severe acne which started when I was just 12 years old. 

Thankfully, at the time of getting those gut issues, I was just starting my career in nutrition. After 7 years of schooling in nutrition science (one year at a Harvard teaching hospital), patience, and persistence, I was able to get rid of my gut issues, and get rid of the frustrations that came with those gut issues... and I want to share what I've learned with you!
